Skill Masters, together with its group companies, affiliates, successors, and assigns (“Skill Masters”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operates this website (the “Website”) and a Telegram Mini App for skill-based board games and related wallet features (the “App”, and with the Website, the “Services”). By opening or using the Services you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) accept these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you also have a separate signed or click-wrap services contract with us, those extra terms sit alongside these Terms and form part of your deal with us.

Read this page before you use the Website or the App. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, do not access the Services.

Using the Services

Use the Services only for lawful reasons and in a way that does not harm other people’s rights or their ability to enjoy the Services, including intellectual property, confidentiality, and privacy. You must not:

• Copy, download, republish, broadcast, or pass on material from the Website except as reasonably needed for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Send files or messages that contain viruses or other destructive code.

The App may need a compatible phone or browser, an internet connection, and Telegram or a wallet app. You are responsible for those tools, any updates, carrier charges, and the contract you have with your device or telecom provider.

Intellectual property

Copyright

Text, images, sounds, layouts, and other material you see on the Website or in the App — including publications, product screens, reports, and emails we send — belong to Skill Masters unless we say otherwise, and except for data you upload. That material is valuable intellectual property protected by copyright, patent, trade-secret law, and international treaties. You may not download, transmit, store, assign, or otherwise spread any of it to another person or system without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use is treated as willful infringement of our rights.

You will not use the Services in a way that violates or could violate our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents. You will not claim ownership of our intellectual property, and you will not take steps that weaken the goodwill attached to it. We keep all rights in our IP, including the right to limit transfers of our products and to track usage by electronic or other lawful means. We may pursue civil and criminal remedies without further notice. Third-party content or marks on the Services remain subject to their owners’ rules.

Trademarks

Names, logos, domain names, slogans, and other origin marks on the Website (the “Trademarks”) are registered or unregistered marks of Skill Masters, our affiliates, partners, or other owners. Nothing on the Website grants a license to use a Trademark by implication or otherwise, unless the owner gives written consent. Misuse of Trademarks or other content is forbidden. We may enforce our rights to the full extent of the law.

Third-party links

Links to Telegram, wallet providers, payment networks, or other sites are not necessarily under our control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of that company or its products. If you follow a link, you do so at your own risk and you must respect that site’s terms and intellectual property. Read their privacy notices; our Privacy Policy does not govern them.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

We try to keep information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the Website or in the App is error-free. You use the Services at your own risk. Content is provided “as is” and may change without notice. We do not promise that the Services will match your needs, run without interruption, stay secure, or stay free of viruses or other harmful files.

Skill Masters disclaims all express or implied warranties about information provided through the Website or the App. Obligations for paid products or wallet features are set only in the agreements under which they are offered; nothing on this Website changes those agreements. We are not liable for damage to your device or other property caused by access to the Services or by downloading material from the Website. Skill Masters, its affiliates, staff, and agents are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including losses tied to errors or gaps in the information on the Services.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skill Masters and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives against claims, losses, damages, and demands of any kind that arise from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website or the App, including our legal fees and court costs.

Age

The Services are for people aged eighteen (18) or older. We may ask for proof of age at any time. If we learn that someone under 18 is using the Services, we will block that account and take reasonable steps to delete that person’s personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

How we handle information you share with us is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and any policies they incorporate. Check this page from time to time. For a material change we will try to post a clear notice on the Website and, if we have an email for you, send a message. Material changes take effect seven (7) days after that notice appears or the email is sent, whichever comes first. Other edits take effect on the date shown at the top of this page. Using the Services on or after that date means you accept the new Terms. If the law requires a faster change, that change may apply immediately and without prior notice.

Ending access and stopping the Services

We may end your access to the Website or the App at any time, without notice, in addition to any other remedy available under law. We may also pause or shut down all or part of the Services, delete information, or change features without warning. We are not responsible for loss of data when the Services stop. Clauses that need to survive to make sense of these Terms will survive.

General

(a) Claims about the Services are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without its conflict-of-laws rules, and the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply. (b) Disputes will be heard only in the competent courts of the State of New York, USA. You consent to that venue, waive objections based on personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum, and agree that process may be served as the law allows. We may still seek an injunction in any court that has power to grant it. (c) These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship. (d) A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of later ones. Headings are for convenience only. (e) Any claim you have related to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. (f) If a court strikes a clause, that clause will be narrowed only as much as needed and the rest of the Terms stay in force. (g) You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; an attempted assignment in breach is void. We may assign these Terms without notice. (h) No change is binding unless we put it in writing (including an update posted as described above). (i) Correspondence about these Terms will be in English.
